Vegan Ice Cream Sandwiches

Thanks to Umaluma Gelato, we’re offering vegan, gluten-free ice cream sandwiches that you’ll be coming back for ALL. DAMN. SUMMER. LONG.
Choose from vanilla ice cream squished between two chocolate sugar cookies, or dark truffle ice cream married with soft and chewy coconut oat cookies.
Embrace summer and be sure to score yourself a pile of these guys. Hint: take some home to throw in your freezer.
Roasted Strawberry and Coconut Vegan Baked Donut
Love you a donut? How about a vegan and gluten-free version?!
This sweet thing is a product of roasted strawberries (from Maan Farms!) and coconut—with a vanilla glaze.
So super good.
Roasted Strawberry Almond Crumble Cake
This yummy guy was created for Taste of Abby. Like the above-mentioned donut, he’s made with strawberries from Abbotsford’s own Maan Farms.
If you love coffee cake, you’ll love our summertime version.
Pair this guy with a vegan ice cream sandwich and experience the kind of bliss only this dream team can give you.
Take our staple coffee from Fort Langley’s Republica Coffee Roasters, make it double strength and add ice.
