Friends. We are so excited to be part of the delish food scene that’s happening in Downtown Abbotsford right now. There’s so much talent, and all local - total win.
Here are some faves:
The Habit Project
We love these ladies and their incredible work. This place pops with fresh-pressed juice, nut mylks and smoothies, smoothie bowls and healthy products that will keep you coming back. They have an amazing dedication to fresh and local that really shines through.
Oh, Oldhand. You had us at macramé.
Not only do these gems produce a mean coffee, but they also have super great eats to choose from.
If you haven’t checked ‘em out, now would be a good time.
Field House Brewing
This cozy space has something nowhere else downtown can offer: craft beer made on-site. And? A big, grassy, dog-and-family-friendly outdoor space.
But, it’s not all about the beer. Tacos! Eggs benny! Crispy potatoes! Popcorn! So many good things to choose from.
Duft & Co.
Another Downtown Abby smells-so-good kinda place. (It tastes pretty damn good, too!) AND they’ve opened up a second location across the street, which brings us to:
The Brickhouse! For amazing pizza created with lotsa love in their wood-burning oven, you gotta check this place out.
Bow and Stern
Close to the Flatiron Building where Vintelier lives, Bow and Stern produces some pretty mean food from the sea. We’re talking crab, lobster, clams, mussels. All that great stuff PLUS an equally awesome drink menu.
This new guy isn’t even open yet, but we’re excited. Located in the former Mitch Miller’s space just a few doors up from us, Little Brother will be the CUTEST breakfast / brunch spot, courtesy of Oldhand.
Stay tuned for opening dates.
Meat & Bread
Gorgeous sandwiches. Fresh soups. Think grab ‘n go, because the location isn’t exactly conducive to a sit and stretch, but the food speaks for itself. (Fun fact: the Abby location is their new test kitchen!)
Formerly Harvest Grill ‘N Greens, Dion’s Table is cooking up some delicious fare, including health-conscious soups, salads, and sandwiches. Also? They cater.
You can see we’re in real good company. If you live in Abby - or maybe you don’t - come check out what the downtown core has to offer. We promise, you will not go home hungry or disappointed.
We’ll be waiting for you!
